Planning Tools

The OHSAA Foundation mailed participation packets to athletic administrators at all OHSAA member high schools in May, 2008 to share information about Foundation Service Week and encourage member school participation in this statewide initiative.  The participation packet includes a participation checklist, marketing checklist, assistance in selecting an opponent and a community service project, and an application to participate.  The complete participation packet can also be found online.

To assist participating schools, below are a number of planning tools or templates.  All are Word documents that can be modified as needed for your use.  In each case, the areas highlighted in yellow indicate where you need to insert information specific to your Foundation Game.  If there are other tools we could provide to assist participating schools or improvements to the existing documents, please contact Kim Mahoney at kmahoney@ohsaafoundation.org.
